1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any of our websites or booking any service offered through them, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our websites or services.

2. Services Provided

Veloce Limo Pte Ltd offers private chauffeur services, airport transfers, hourly car hire, point-to-point transfers, and event transport services across Singapore.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100%).
No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Smoking, eating, and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed in the vehicles.

6. Liability

We strive to provide safe and reliable service but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or tamper with any part of our websites or services. Any unauthorized attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Veloce Limo Pte Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
